Once this 1st part is taken he notifies the client that they will now be transferred to your admin department to complete the paperwork. Retention
Probobly the most important part. Have App taker set a check in date to check on the status of the deal. Tell the client they need to call you the day they recieve their product information in the mail. This is where the decision to keep or discard will be made by the client if there are additional questions get them back to the closer. This number needs to be answered by a real person or and always return calls on same or next business day.
